Quinte, On. real estate agent: 100 waterfront acre "virtual tours"

100 waterfront acre "virtual tours"

Here are just a couple of videos that I made about the 100 acre waterfront property that I have for sale in Murray Township, Quinte West. I'm trying to pass them off as virtual tours of sorts. Obviously my film-making skills could use improvement, however, I think they convey the message that I'm trying to impart

The first one features music by Toronto (via Edmonton) artist Jill Hennessy who will be performing at Lillithfair this summer.

The second video (honestly, you really don't have to watch this one) features a filming technique which I have named le fait de coller votre main de la voiture or "sticking-the-hand-held-camera-out-of-the-car-while-driving". It kinda lets you see how long it takes to drive across 100 acres. To reflect the slapstick nature of this little film, I have chosen some readily available youtube music by an artist whose name I can't remember, but has already been paid by youtube to allow people like me to use their music to accompany half-arsed videos.

Watch out James Cameron, here I come. You're not the only one who can make films and unasked for political comments

Great idea, you have done a good job Malcolm.  A video imparts much more than pictures.

Not bad, Malcolm. I think it ranks right up there with "The Blair Witch Project." LOL

Chris Smith Prudential Ronan Realty Thanks Chris, I was hoping to get that special "feel". Haha. (Probably because I already knew the techical spects wouldn't be all that great).

Russel Ray, San Diego Marketing & Business Consultant & Photographer (Russel Ray) It does have a Blair Witch type of feel to it Russel. I should have run through the woods with my camera.

Beautiful spot Malcolm we can see some developer snapping that up. You and Russel made us laugh with your Blair Witch comments. You did good Malcolm, we got the feel. Good luck with it.

Malcolm...What's really strange about both of these videos (I cheated and "skimmed" the second 100-acre one.) is that if you told me that you did this project somewhere in one of the rural parts of Northern Michigan, I would not have blinked.

It's amazing how different we are from place to place.  It's more amazing how much we are the same.

What a beautiful area, so different from down here where there is minimal property around each home.
