Quinte, On. real estate agent: The Proof is in the Pudding

The Proof is in the Pudding

It's no secret that the internet has become a vey important part of most North American's daily routine. Just imagine where we would be without email. How would we be able to look up certain products, how would we book hotel rooms, how would we stay on top of breaking news?

If you are trying to sell your home, how will it be found by potential buyers? 83 % of people start searching for their new home on the internet before they even contact an agent. If your agent isn't visible on the net, then is your home really getting the marketing it deserves?

Do yourself a favour before deciding on an agent who will assist you in selling your home and maybe finding another. Do a quick search on the internet and see whos name comes up. It doesn't happen magically, it takes a bit of work, and those are the agents who are willing to do the work that will get your home noticed by the largest number of people. The proof is in the pudding.

Aren't you techy Malcolm! I think your advice is sound. The internet is such a big part of business today.

Ooooh, I'm not really techy at all Janice, it took me about 5 minutes to make that.

Malcolm, I have based a strong part of my marketing on the internet, and have seen tangible results of my efforts, also.

Good morning Chris, I am getting tangible results from the net too, it's pretty much been my bread and butter in this business. My challenge this year is to find other ways to be effective as well, and I'm starting a small farm area in Trenton that I hope will start to bloom. I have my very first mail out campaign happening in May. Of course, I'm not going to neglect my bread and butter in an attempt to earn some jam though.
