Quinte, On. real estate agent: The Trenton Farmers Market

The Trenton Farmers Market

trenton Farmers MarketThe Trenton Farmer's Market is the kind of place where a fellow like me loves to spend my dollars. The prices are great, the inventory is fantastic and the service is always friendly. It's one of those businesses that has a very loyal customer base, and for good reason.

I'm not all that great at preparing meals, but I can still churn out some good ones with the help of my friends at this long-time family owned and operated establishments. The trick is to let them do most of the work. Not only do they have one of those fantastic butcher shops where you can look at the different cuts of meats, they have freezers full of home made pies, vegetables, potatoes, and lots and lots of baked goods as well.

Pictured on the left is my haul from last week. Turkey pies, chicken pies, frozen french fries,  a big bag of my all-time favourite vegetables, brussel sprouts, and 5 prime steaks, individually wrapped in that brown waxy paper that makes them extra tasty.

The pies are always delicious, and all I have to do is to slip them in the oven for a little while and then take credit for a wonderful dinner. These meals are guaranteed to get me into the good books of everybody who eats them.

This is the end result of my visit to the Trenton Farmer's market. Most of you will probably find it odd that I have mayonnaise on my fries instead of ketchup, it's a Dutch thing. The entire meal took me less than half an hour to prepare, and I could actually do some computer work as I prepared the meal, as all I really had to do was slip a couple of things into the oven and watch some brussel sprouts boil. It's really neat preparing home made meals when someone else has done the work for me. I don't, however, feel any guilt for taking the credit.

Wow your meal looks delicious I'm hungry. It is good to see you have given some local stores credit. Have a great afternoon.
