I will be hosting an open house at 33 woodland Estate Road, just five minutes north of Campbellford on Sunday April 14, from 2 - 4 p.m.
This waterfront property is in the perfect spot for avid fishermen on the east side of Lake Seymour, close to Healey Falls. The house is very well priced at $284,900, and if you put an offer in now, you will own it in time to enjoy the summer season.
This year round house is in tip-top condition, and has three bedrooms (the master has an en-suite) and two bathrooms. The kitchen is a large country style kitchen and there is a formal dining room right beside it, perfect for family gatherings. Come and have a look at this Campbellford real estate listing, if you need directions, don't hesitate to call or email me, I'm always up for some company at my open houses.
Just don't bring your swimming gear yet, the water's still a bit too cold for that.
Good luck on your open house Malcolm and hopefully you will sell it. Nice looking home BTW
Malcolm, excellent home on waterfront! All the best for a quick sale of this home (perhaps a cash buyer can start swimming as early as next week!)
Malcolm- what a spectacular home "great job" and btw, your blog is perfect. ..
Malcolm - I'd rather be holding an open house--I'm at home waiting for a delivery and they are running late. Hope your open house is more productive and you have a serious buyer before closing time.
Hope you had great success at the open house Malcolm. It looks so inviting. Yes you're right the water would be too cold for a dip but we are surprised the water looks like its 'running' and not frozen!
Malcolm, I hope that your house generated a lot of interest. Brr, I understand the warning about cold water. Our section of Lake Erie is only 42 degrees F. I don't venture in the water until it is at least 70+ F. 80 is even better.
I always love your descriptions, Malcolm. Wishing you a quick and easy sale on this lovely home.
I hope you had a most productive open house and are having an outstanding week.
Boy, I hope you sold this one, Malcolm. Ā And, wondering when you are coming back to the Rain!!
